SECURITY SERVICES
WSI is nationally recognized as an industry leader in providing armed and un-armed security officers for protection and entrance control at federal, state and local government facilities. WSI's approach to managing a security contract reflects a comprehensive understanding of the work to be done, a sensitivity to rapidly changing missions and priorities, a commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to our customer.

FIRE PROTECTION/EMS SERVICES
Wackenhut has over 100 contract years of experience in providing all aspects of fire protection, prevention, suppression, safety inspections, emergency medical services, aircraft rescue/fire fighting, rescue and training. Our ability to provide professional fire protection, fire prevention and emergency response services is second to none. Our approach to protecting our customers' facilities, and assets, is through the use of an aggressive incident prevention program that complies with all OSHA and NFPA standards, rules, regulations and laws.

TRAINING
Wackenhut Services, Inc. commitment to training is well known inside and outside of the security services industry. Our corporation's training division is a corporate university in the full name of the word. It was established with the founding of the company. This division is unparalleled in the industry as providing the best training and training support to its customers.

FACILITIES OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Wackenhut Services, Inc. has extensive experience in the operations and maintenance of large, complex facilities. Full and varied capabilities exist to include construction of new facilities; renovation of existing, but outdated structures; and the assumption of management responsibility for existing complexes.

NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION
WSI’s expansive presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) covers four states and the District of Columbia. Approximately 1000 employees on 10 security contracts work in the region providing first-class, professional services to a wide-array of clients including both the U.S. Government and commercial sites.

IRAQ FIRE PROTECTION
WSI Fire and Emergency Services in Iraq is the primary emergency response capability for 20 United States Department of Defense (DOD) sites. The start-up of 20 fire sites simultaneously represents the largest single fire and emergency services effort in a combat zone in over 30 years and quite possibly in modern times. We are providing the DoD with a full service support program ranging from fire prevention, one of the most critical tasks involved in start-up programs, to fire suppression. The prevention measures include fire inspection services, pre-fire planning, fire education, and safety training services.

HOMELAND & INTERNATIONAL SECURITY
WSI provides government and industry strategic and operational planning expertise across the broad spectrum of Homeland Security issues and requirements. WSI is at the forefront in development of innovative solution strategies for the critically challenging prevention aspect of Homeland Security.
