About The Opportunity
Provide plant support by troubleshooting and maintaining equipment electrical and mechanical systems to maintain a safe, clean, efficient work environment.- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electronic drives, PC's on all electronic systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot and make mechanical repairs to equipment as necessary.
- Keep abreast of electrical safety regulations.
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge.
- Design and enhance all electrical and mechanical systems as necessary.
- Provide electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties as outlined and provide accurate documentation of such duties.
- Complete scheduled work orders on time and monitor results.
- Maintain all building mechanicals, utilities, HVAC systems.
- Communicate problems, repairs, and recommendations to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Scheduling.
- Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Shift: 1st shift, but this position could be a 2nd or 3rd shift opportunity if preferred by candidate.
