Cellcom is currently looking for a Business Sales Consultant to join our team in De Pere, WI.

The Business Sales Consultant prospects, qualifies and sells Cellcom - products and services to businesses and individuals. Trains customers on the use of equipment and services. Services, retains and sells additional products to existing accounts. Establishes and maintains a sales presence within assigned market through participation in business, association and community events.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Prospect, qualify and acquire new wireless business, consumer and business employee accounts.

2. Demonstrate and sell Cellcom products and services.

3. Interacts with existing customers and prospects via phone, video conferencing, but predominately in person.

4. Achieve weekly/monthly individual prospecting goals and business sales goals.

5. Develop relationships with assigned business accounts and use those relationships to further grow the account with additional services.

6. Provide exceptional onsite customer service; meet regularly with key customers to ensure satisfaction.

7. Present and sell new products and services to current accounts.

8. Support small to mid-size business accounts; may support large accounts as needed within the sales territory.

9. Review assigned accounts and others as needed on a regular basis; develop rate plan analyses and present updated solutions.

10. Maintain knowledge of wireless technology, products, services and promotions. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.

11. Manage sales funnel, log daily activities in Salesforce, and generate scheduled reports on sales activities and forecasting.

12. Attend networking events on a regular basis and participate in trade shows, business and community events and customer promotional events.

13. Assist other team members as needed and act as courier when necessary. Perform additional related duties as requested or required.

14. Conduct employee tabletop presentations and other activities to grow customer base.

15. Work with Business Sales Manager and internal departments to develop customized solutions as needed.

16. Keep Business Sales Manager and internal departments informed on all aspects of competitive services, products and issues.

17. Manage appropriate and accurate inventory.

18. Submit accurate commission and activity reports when due.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, preferably in Business or Marketing; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or two years wireless retail sales experience required.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
