Join our close-knit maintenance department as we prepare for upcoming retirements!

We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for performing preventive and unscheduled maintenance on the building, grounds, and machinery at the Green Bay Coated Products Division.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

    Electrical (circuits, installations/upgrades, schematics)
  • Plumbing (supply and drain systems, upgrades, supply lines and meters)
  • Mechanical (installations, repairs, assembly, drawings)
  • Pneumatic/Hydraulic (installation, maintenance, repairs, schematics)
  • Building/Grounds (general maintenance duties)
Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or certificate in Electro Mechanical Technology or Engineering

Considered:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Willingness to continue education

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified paper and packaging manufacturer. The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
