Position Overview

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our hardware and software systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch technical support and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This role requiresan energetic, customerservice-orientedtechnologist witha minimum of3 to 5 years applicable work experience inService Desk, Windows Desktop and Serveradministration, PowerShellscripting,and Applicationsupport.Familiarity withO365, RemoteApp, Azure, SCCM/Intune, and HyperV is a plus. Strong customer service, problem-solving and ateamwork mentalityare criticalfor this position. Responsibilities
    Support and basic administration ofRemote Desktop Services
  • Support and administration of Active Directory/Azure User/Group Management
  • Support of O365 accounts and licenses
  • Support DHCP, DNS, FTP and other network services
  • Respond to server resource monitoring alerts
  • Monitor and work customer support tickets and requests
  • Divisional support escalation
  • Training and Documentation
  • Software inventories and documentation
  • Ability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule
  • Setup of physical workspaces, PC's, printers, monitors, and other peripherals
  • Desktop and deskside support as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Associates degree, trade school certificate or equivalent hands-on work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in workstation configuration management, administration and production support
  • Microsoft Server systems certifications such as Microsoft MCP, A+, Network+ are valued
  • Windows 10/11, WindowsServer:2016- 2022
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Managerand Intune
  • Knowledge and understanding of server virtualization focused on Hyper-V
  • Demonstrate basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-critical production environment
  • Ability to comprehend systems architecture and design
  • Ability to gather, interpret, document, and evaluate workstation requirements
  • Ability to conduct research into workstation and application issues
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation and work ethic
