**** Hourly pay is based on experience and certifications - we have 2 Levels of RAs and a third level of Lead Caregiver. Each offer different pay grades and require difference skills/abilities, experience levels, and responsibilities. Those who achieve status of lead caregivers are eligible for promotion to upper level management and director positions in our rapidly growing company. Over the last 5 years we have doubled the size of the organization, and we continue to see this growth continue into our future. --18 years of age
-- Must pass TB test and Physical
-- Must pass background check, caregiver background check and a mouth swab drug test
-- Must have transportation to and from the facility.
