BASIC PURPOSE:

This position is located in Northlake
Georgia and is responsible for assisting the Loan Services Compliance/Data
Integrity Officer with the review of Commercial and Retail loans in relation
to compliance, data integrity, and quality control. The teammate must provide a high level of
service to internal teammates as well as internal/external auditors while delivering
responses in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy. The individual must have the ability to
identify issues and provide workable solutions in addition to answering
questions regarding loan compliance, data integrity, and quality control. This position must possess a strong knowledge
of loans and the systems used. This
position may also include special projects and other duties that are
essential in delivering superior service.

PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Understand all
    the regulations relating to loan servicing, including but not limited
    to, Regulation Z, Regulation X, Regulation C (HMDA), Flood, etc.
  • Review a sample
    of loans prepared by Doc Prep and serviced by Loan Ops to ensure they
    are in compliance.
    Review all
    applicable regulations on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the Loan
    Services Compliance/Data Integrity Officer in dealing with
    Internal/External Auditors on requests that come in and coordinate the
    pulling of the loan files/accessing the imaging system, when applicable.
  • Learn the HMDA
    process and the systems used, DecisionPro, CreditQuest, LaserPro,
    Compliance Reporter, and CRA Wiz.
  • Assist with reviewing
    and correcting the exceptions produced out of CRAWiz.
  • Assist the
    conversion team with post conversion tasks if needed.
  • Prepare reports
    as appropriate

  • Answer phone
    within three rings
  • Assist
    CenterState Bank teammates
  • Attend all
    training as defined by Management
  • May be required
    to work on special projects as needed.

OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and
    other software used in department.
  • Must be able to prepare documents and compose business letters
    and memorandums.
  • Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and
    punctuation.
  • Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures and general
    office machines.
  • Must have a good knowledge of Loan Regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

No unusual physical demands required for this job.
Must be able to do sedentary work. May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds to
perform job. The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential

demonstrate excellent human relation skills with customers and bank
associates. Must be willing to participate as a team member

  • Five to seven years of
    relevant work experience.
  • Superior knowledge of
    the industry's processes, procedures, regulations, and workflow.
  • Superior analytical
    skills to determine areas in need of improvement and the ability to find
    creative solutions while considering all aspects, departments, and
    individuals affected.
  • Ability to recognize
    and focus on critical issues.
    Flexibility to balance and respond to competing needs within the
    organization.
  • Superior knowledge of
    computer systems and changing technology including work-processing,
    spreadsheets, Internet and internal bank software.
