Objective:

The marketing manager is responsible for creating andimplementing marketing strategies in support of operational businessobjectives. Collaborates with our marketing, product, and sales teams togenerate product/service demand, build brand equity and retain existingcustomers. Develops annualized marketing plans and associated budgets forassigned solutions portfolio that align with business objectives.


Main Accountabilities:
  • Supports development of clear branding andrelated strategic and tactical campaigns/messaging (i.e. ads - brandpositioning/calls to action)
  • Develops marketing programs and integratedmarketing communications that incorporate service positioning for one clear andconcise message that differentiates services to target markets in a unique andmeaningful way. Communications may include service messaging, promotionalprograms, advertising programs, sales collateral and other appropriate mediums.
  • Creates sales opportunities (leads) to driverevenue
  • Conducts analysis of assigned market sectors,key competitors and client targets
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop highlycustomized support strategies
  • Support development of sales team collateral andmarketing materials, including thoughtleadership material/publications
  • Develop educational campaigns in front ofidentified sales opportunities that help flatten common objections from thechannel segment before they are elevated during the proposal or bid stage
  • Develop sales support materials to addressnuances that surface in the sales process to ensure both timely and thoroughresponse to concerns or opportunities
  • Develop 5 year plan and budget
  • Develops relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Responsible for pricing strategy (including GPO)
  • Understand regulatory and legal aspects ofproduct promotion
  • Assist in the RFP process
  • Launch new products


Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; science, business,or medical device background preferred
  • MBA highly preferred
  • 5 years in product management, marketing,and/or lap operations or equivalent combination
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implementintegrated strategic marketing plans that integrate the following elements ofthe marketing mix: promotional tactics, sales collateral, direct mail, web-basedmarketing, trade shows, advertising, and market research analysis
  • Passionate, high energy and result oriented withcreative and analytical mind
  • Demonstrated initiative and strategic thinking
  • Proven project and budget management skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and managemultiple tasks
  • Business acumen along with demonstrated workethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint withproficiency with the internet
  • Team player attitude: ability to collaboratewith other team members
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Travel will be required (Domestic,25%)
