Company Overview
OUR MISSION
Empowerment Living Services (ELS) mission is to empower adults with disabilities to live, work and play as they thrive in home and community life.

EMPOWERMENT LIVING SERVICES (ELS) established its first residential home in 2006. Since then,ELS homes have been located throughout Winnebago and Outagamie County and are licensed through the State of Wisconsin or other contracting agencies.  Each home offers single-occupancy rooms, 24 hour staff supervision, daily meals and snacks. ELS also provides transportation for clients to various events within the community, work and school. ELS works with clients and their guardians in order to ensure that clients are settled in a home that suits and supports their needs.

WE BELIEVE fully that our clients should have every opportunity to experience an active and enriched quality of life. Their lives and ours are shaped by guiding principles that encourage each individual to thrive where they live, work and play.  Our services and programs establish safe, clean and comfortable environments where clients’ special needs are met with great care and attention.

WE BELIEVE our efforts support every aspect of our client’s lives. Our staff of caregivers are to create comfortable environments to mirrors a family-like setting.  A significant part of effort is to encourage social interaction and participation in activities throughout the community. ELS carefully works with clients to plan activities that correspond to their interests and ambitions. ELS attends community events and assists clients in signing up for local camps, ARC events and Special Olympics. ELS clients and staff attend sporting events such as Packer and Brewer games, local concerts, farmer's markets, museums, and water parks.

You have the power to change a life when you are employed by ELS. Our caregivers are very important in the lives of our clients.
