Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description

CoStar is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead efforts targeting multifamily property management companies as well as brokers of single-family rental homes, condominiums and townhomes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with a strong in-house team and work closely with leaders throughout the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation of multi-channel campaign elements including email, digital, web, direct mail, social, signs, creative
  • Work with sales, CRM and design teams to design and execute campaigns
  • Develop regular B2B client communication programs (newsletters, reports, performance updates, etc) to drive retention and loyalty
  • Create thought-leadership material for B2B website, newsletter, blog, social media and other channels
  • Report on and analyze campaign effectiveness across digital, social, call center and inbound sales activity; and seek out best practices to improve campaign results
  • Work directly with Sales Ops to track leads throughout the sales organization to quantify marketing campaign ROI
  • Create marketing programs around key pieces of Apartments.com content to appeal to property managers and brokers
  • Assist in identifying and drafting customer testimonials (both written and video) and case studies from satisfied property managers and brokers
  • Develop and manage sales resources to ensure sales has leading-edge content and materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years marketing experience; multifamily and single-family rental marketing experience preferred
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in delivering best in class sales support programs with quantifiable results
