We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays.

This position is responsible for performing preventive and unscheduled maintenance on the building, grounds, and machinery at the Green Bay Coated Products Division.

We are currently seeking candidates with industrial maintenance experience.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

An understanding of PLC's (Rockwell & Siemens), AC and DC drives, instrumentation, maintenance/upgrading of building electrical system
• This position will also be responsible for general mechanical maintenance duties.

Required:

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay completed a major expansion, making this plant a state-of-the-art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of this plant, and includes a new building, Coater, Slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
