This role will play a pivotal role in not only overseeing the accurate and timely reporting of credit and loan portfolio data but also acting as a data steward, guiding the organization in broadening data literacy and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and financial reporting within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:
- Lead the development and implementation of robust data management processes for credit and loan portfolio data.
- Act as a data steward, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Reporting Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting strategy for credit and loan portfolios, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design reports to effectively communicate portfolio performance.

3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, and compliance, to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful analyses.
- Actively contribute to broadening data literacy across the organization and present findings and reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.

4. Technology Integration:
- Lead effort to transfer reporting to new infrastructure and environment as the Bank engages a new enterprise data management strategy.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to validate the integrity of credit and loan portfolio data, conducting regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in credit and loan portfolio data management and reporting.
