Job Description

The ATM Channel Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap to improve ATM product experiences across all ATMs, including developing new features, ensuring key metrics are being met and overall profitability. Will work closely with line of business partners to understand business goals and objectives and ensure our efforts are adding business and customer value.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with ATM vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor performance meets established standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies in the ATM industry and assess their potential for implementation.(video teller, contactless card functionality, etc.)
  • Identify and assess operational risks associated with ATM operations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and losses.
  • Analyze ATM transaction data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement including enhancing overall dashboard reporting, recommendations for new or replacement machines as well as closures.
  • Develop overall ATM profitability model
  • Own ATM Business Intelligence Database from a data perspective
  • Implement strategies to optimize ATM usage and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and manage software and hardware features for ATMs.
  • Provide business leadership for developing ATM Programs to execute optimization to meet channel P&L objectives
  • Work with Retail Network Strategy Manager to determine optimal number of ATM locations
  • Manage our SUM relationship and review
  • Own ATM Customer Experiences
  • Oversee ATM Committee, conducting regularly scheduled meetings & reporting out to management
  • Work with Facilities Planning & Construction on proposals for new ATMs
  • Work with Procurement to communicate any changes required for ATM/ITM supplies
  • Provide compliance oversight, including but not limited to ensuring ATMs meet regulatory requirements in relation to ADA, required disclosures, etc.
  • Manage ATM budget in relation to servicing & maintenance
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of experience with strong background in technology, business analysis, and proven financial services industry expertise
  • Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with ATM products and services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technology product management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
