Job Description
-Maintains and repairs physical structures ofbuildingsand maintainsgrounds. Also assists maintenance mechanics when assigned.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain plant mechanical ems (boilers, air compressors & HVAC units) at a high level of readiness and efficiency.
These systems will be kept in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
* Maintain filters and dust collection devices in the plant air handling units. This includes the vacuuming and changing
of filters periodically.
* Maintain plant entrances, exits and sidewalks by keeping them free of snow and ice.
* Maintain lawn, shrubs, andgroundsincluding watering, pruning, weeding and picking up area as necessary.
* Paint areas in plant as instructed.
* Monitor the plant trim and dust collection system including dust collectors, bag houses, trim blowers and return air
fans. Also assist in the maintenance of these areas.
* Assist the Maintenance Mechanics as necessary or assigned.
* Performbuildingmaintenance projects and plant cleaning projects as necessary or assigned.
* Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
* Maintain appropriate records, time reports and work orders for work performed.
* Train and upgrade personnel assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
* Ability to use powered hand tools in the operation of maintenance duties.
* Ability to repair hydraulic and liquid pumps.
* Ability to assist outside vendors when required in the repair and installation of equipment.
Required Experience:
* Ability to work in a team environment required.
* Some experience in woodworking desired
* General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical

**Overtime & Weekends may be required at times**
Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $24.15-$38.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon,but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
