Position Overview:

As the Warehouse & Distribution Manager at our Little Chute, WI facility, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will manage material movements, inventory, inter-company transfers, outbound shipments, optimize warehouse utilization, and lead the warehouse team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and manage day-to-day operations at the Trilliant Main Warehouse by fostering a positive and safe work environment that promotes productivity and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Responsible for understanding internal and external customer expectations by establishing and maintaining effective relationships and developing cost-efficient strategies to meet service expectations.
  • Participate and support the development, training, and post-auditing of all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Plan and manage warehouse space utilization that optimizes material flows and storage within the facility through inventory management processes, facility, and zoning strategies.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, and date code integrity.
  • Develop performance standards and processes for optimizing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
  • Experience in optimizing material movements using zoning, slotting, and creating pick paths to ensure materials flow meets production requirements and order processing within assigned facility.
  • Identify and drive improvements in areas of opportunities that include safety, quality, cost to serve, and service level metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support company initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Interface/communicate with Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, QA, and Transportation teams, as well as support functions to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform all other duties, responsibilities, and special projects assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including defining roles, hiring, employee development, and day-to-day management of a distribution center team.
  • Knowledge of food packaging principles, industry quality, safety requirements, and new product scale-up dynamics.
  • Demonstrated strength in process improvement, SOP documentation, and warehouse employee training.
  • Microsoft AX ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills that can turn data sets into actionable information that will improve decision-making and drive process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work well at all levels of the organization.
  • Be a team player who works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related production and product information systems.

Compensation:
