Financial Analyst (Multiple Positions)

Job Description
Financial Analyst (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, El Paso, TX. Examine accuracy of the Cycle Count Process to address discrepancies through corrective actions. Prepare detailed month-end close process. Lead and coordinate the standard cost process with multiple players. Provide financial analysis to support reporting and budgeting needs. Review resources required and strategized the most effective means of implementing the CAPEX process. Providing input and assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing. Coordinate and lead month, quarter and year end process reviewing and inputting of Journal Entries in ERP system. Prepare financial reports for multiple customers internal and external site. Identify potential savings projects while analyzing variances. Build and maintain relationships with various departments and business partners. Provide support with continuous process improvement.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
- Performing financial and cost analysis;
- Supporting development of the budget and forecast planning;
- Leveraging MS Office software (Word and Excel) for data analysis and financial modeling;
- Supporting financial daily, monthly and/or year end activities; and
- Coordinating capital expense related processes.
